Greek icon of the Mother of God

Work in marquetry technique, size with frame – 22х18 inches (58x46cm). When creating the work, the veneers of limba, wenge, makore, American walnut, sycamore maple, anegri, paduk, merbau, gabon, sipo were used. During the manufacture, the master used more than 400 pieces of veneer from 10 different types of wood of different textures and colors. It took more than 30 hours of work of the master to make the work. Frame – tinted pine + brushed + gold patination. The work is covered with linseed oil and shellac. The frame is equipped with suspensions. Customization is possible in the desired sizes. Custom work can be frameless.

    Vladyslav is a real magician of the wooden mosaic. Not only did he managed to create a beautiful image, but he gave -with about 400 pieces of wood- all the love, all the sweetness and all the tenderness of the Holly Faces he depicts.
